These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Omnia mobile application and related services operated by HR Labs ("Omnia", "we", "our", or "us"). Omnia is a fitness training app that scores you across five physical qualities — strength, speed, endurance, mobility, and movement control — and helps you plan, log, and progress your training. By downloading, accessing, or using Omnia, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms in your jurisdiction. Because Omnia involves physical activity, you also confirm that you are of an age and in a physical condition that makes the activities you choose appropriate for you.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Omnia.
2. Your account
- Omnia uses accounts to sync your Fitness Score, plan, sessions, challenges, and personal records across devices.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate profile information (such as age, sex, height, weight, and goals) and keep it reasonably up to date so scoring and recommendations work correctly.
3. License and permitted use
Subject to these Terms, HR Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Omnia for your own non-commercial training and performance tracking.
- Use the app only in compliance with applicable law.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, modify, resell, or exploit Omnia except where applicable law permits despite this restriction.
- Do not interfere with the app, backend services, scoring system, subscriptions, or security controls.
4. Health and fitness disclaimer
Omnia is a fitness and performance tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice. Scores, tiers, plans, challenges, and recommendations are general fitness guidance based on the information you provide and the standard literature for each activity — they are not personalized medical advice.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting Omnia, before significantly changing your training intensity or volume, and any time you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other warning signs during or after training.
You are solely responsible for choosing activities, weights, intensities, and progressions that are appropriate for your current fitness, health, equipment, and environment. Stop any activity that does not feel safe, regardless of what the app suggests.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Certain Omnia features require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, free-trial availability, and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase.
If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the platform provider under its terms and policies. Subscription entitlements may also be managed by RevenueCat on our behalf.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
6. Training content and product changes
Omnia is an evolving product. We may add, remove, update, rescore, or reorganize activities, challenges, tier rubrics, plan logic, the Fitness Score formula, and other features at any time.
Scores, tiers, and rankings are derived from the inputs you provide and from rubrics that may change as the library grows and improves. We do not guarantee that any specific activity, challenge, score, tier, or plan element will always remain available in the same form.
7. Your data
You retain ownership of the activity and performance data you log in Omnia. By using the app, you grant HR Labs the rights needed to host, sync, score, display back to you, and otherwise operate the service with your data, and to use de-identified or aggregated data for product improvement.
How we collect, use, and share information is described in the Omnia Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use Omnia to violate law, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with other users or our services.
- Do not log fabricated, manipulated, or impossible performance results in an attempt to alter scores, tiers, or rankings, or to defraud any reward, challenge, or social surface.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, backend systems, APIs, or non-public content.
- Do not use automation, scraping, or abuse patterns that degrade the service or bypass product limits.
9. Intellectual property
Omnia, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, the five-pillar model, the Fitness Score formula and tier rubrics, the challenge library, and the curated structure of activities and plans, is owned by HR Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Omnia if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or exposed HR Labs to legal or operational harm.
You may stop using Omnia at any time. You may also request deletion of your account through Omnia's privacy settings where available.
11. Disclaimers
Omnia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accurate scoring for every conceivable input, or that the app will achieve any particular fitness, performance, or health outcome.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HR Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to Omnia.
Without limiting the health and fitness disclaimer above, you acknowledge that all training carries inherent risk and that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Omnia after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
