This Privacy Policy applies to the Togethr mobile app, its backend services, and any Togethr surface that links to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account and authentication information such as email address, sign-in provider details, and account identifiers.
• Profile information including display name, username, and profile photo.
• Content you create, such as goals, habits, check-ins, captions, photos you attach to check-ins, progress updates, reactions, and group chat messages.
• Group information such as the groups you belong to, invites you send or accept, and your membership and role.
• Usage, device, diagnostics, analytics, and notification information needed to run Togethr reliably.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide the core experience: goals, habits, check-ins, streaks, group feeds, and group chat.
• Deliver notifications about group activity you have opted into.
• Improve reliability, performance, and the quality of the product.
• Keep the service safe, investigate abuse, and enforce our Terms.

4. Sharing With Your Group

Togethr is a social app. Content you post (check-ins, photos, captions, progress, reactions, and messages) is shared with the members of the groups you belong to. Your display name, username, and profile photo are visible to the people in your groups.

• Only share what you're comfortable with your group seeing.
• Goals you mark as private are not shown to your group.

5. Sharing With Providers

• Infrastructure, storage, authentication, analytics, and diagnostics providers used to operate Togethr.
• App stores and, where applicable, subscription providers involved in billing and entitlements.
• Legal or transactional recipients when required by law or business necessity.

6. Safety and Moderation

Togethr includes tools to block and report other members and to report content. Reports and blocks are used to keep the community safe and to enforce our Terms.

7. Retention and Rights

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Togethr, maintain your groups and content, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational requirements.

• Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information.
• You can delete your account from within the app; support and privacy requests can be submitted through the Togethr support page.

8. Children, Security, Transfers, and Updates

Togethr is not intended for children below the age requiring parental consent under applicable law unless expressly stated otherwise. We use reasonable safeguards, may process data internationally, and may update this policy from time to time.
