Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Togethr.

2. Your account

• Togethr uses accounts to store your goals, habits, groups, and content and to sync them across devices.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating or updating your account and keep it reasonably current.

3. License and permitted use

Subject to these Terms, HR Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Togethr for your own personal, non-commercial use.

• Use the app only in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not copy, reverse engineer, modify, resell, or exploit Togethr except where applicable law permits despite this restriction.
• Do not interfere with the app, backend services, notifications, or security controls.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Togethr: your goals, habits, check-ins, photos, captions, progress, reactions, and messages. You grant HR Labs a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the app and show it to the groups you share it with.

• You are responsible for the content you post and for having the rights to share it.
• Only share content you're comfortable showing the members of your groups.

5. Community guidelines and acceptable use

Togethr is meant for supportive, small-group accountability. To keep it that way, you agree not to post content or behave in ways that harm others.

• Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights.
• Do not impersonate others, harass group members, or share someone else's private information.
• Do not use Togethr to spam, scrape, or interfere with the service or other users.

6. Objectionable content, moderation, blocking, and reporting

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Togethr. The app provides tools to block members and to report members or content.

• You can block another member to stop interacting with them.
• You can report content or members you believe violate these Terms.
• We may review reports and remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, and we aim to act on reports of objectionable content within a reasonable time of becoming aware.

7. Groups and invites

• Groups are private to their members; content you post is shared with the members of the groups you belong to.
• Invite links let others join your group, so only share them with people you trust.
• You can leave a group at any time; leaving stops future sharing with that group.

8. Notifications

Togethr can send push notifications about group activity, such as check-ins, reactions, messages, and streak reminders. You can control which notifications you receive in the app's settings and in your device settings.

9. Subscriptions and billing

Some Togethr features may require a paid subscription. Where they do, prices, free-trial availability, and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase, and billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Togethr if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or exposed HR Labs to legal or operational harm.

You may stop using Togethr at any time and may delete your account from within the app.

11. Disclaimers

Togethr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that using the app will produce any particular outcome for your goals.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HR Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to Togethr.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Togethr after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
